SureStay Plus by Best Western Sukhumvit 2

1. I love the kindliness and the accommodating urge in all of the employees have to anying i have requested. 2. The loyalty towards the guests is second to none. A person from your staff had returned by iPhone that i had forgotten and left behind in the public toilets. HE literally save me from a lot of hassels if it was stolen. If you wish to know more about this, I gave the person a nice card to which i give consent should you decide to publish, and of course I gifted him with something to show my appreciation.

All the staff was so kind and polite it definitely was a pleasure staying in the Surestay hotel. Me and my wife was there from the 22nd December for 8 nights. All the staff were so nice, from the front desk to the doorman who dropped us off at the end of the road in his complimentary golf buggy, what a nice touch and he always made us feel special. We stayed in a 5 star hotel round the corner Christmas 2022, but we personally enjoyed the very personal service that we received from the staff of the Surestay hotel. The roof top pool and bar area was excellent and very clean like the rest of the hotel, and again the staff made everyone welcome. The hotel location is very central with the skytrain station at the end of the road which is great for navigating around Bangkok.The hotel complimentary drop-off to the end of the road makes it simple getting to the bars and shops I've not named the staff by there names but when we return again we'll definitely acknowledge them all by their name as they deserve for the great service they provide 👌

We absolutely loved surestay for an economical stay. It was in an excellent location, within walking distance to busy food districts, nightlife districts, whilst still being away from the bustling side of things. It’s also close to a BTS station which makes transport very easy. The rooms were spacious, beds were huge and comfy. Everything was really clean, unfortunately we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful. We would stay here again for sure!

Star Metro Hotel in Deira has been my go-to place whenever I'm in Dubai, and my recent stay was just as pleasant. Chandra and Rohan at the reception were fantastic as always—they happily assisted me with some business printing, which was a great help. The staff overall, including room service, are friendly and attentive, adding to the comfort of the stay. The one-bedroom apartment, with its separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen, is perfect for my needs. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, making it extremely convenient. I also appreciate the parking facility, which my friends often use when they visit me.

Hotel is a 10mins walk from Phloen Chit station, there is a free buggy available. Breakfast selection is quite minimal and nothing fancy, but there is an egg station. Room is clean and check-in/out process was seamless.
